On the doorstep to Albert Park, Mirvac's latest residential offering, The Albertine, is an address that celebrates living fully, delivering everything you need to prioritise health, balance and happiness. Designed for lifestyles that relish high-octane work as much as leisure, The Albertine is a realm of relaxation.

The experience gallery was a key deliverable for this project, alongside consulting on the overall design of key communal areas to be built. Using local makers and designers was an important for factor for the design language, as it was important for the space to break away from typical design dogma of the multi-residential market.

The Albertine is designed to be a future-led and quality-focused building, with careful consideration given to sustainability, in line with our commitment to making a positive environmental impact. Future-ready by design following Mirvac’s amendments to the original permit approval, The Albertine will be fully electric with an average NatHERS energy efficiency rating of 7 stars.
